Depends on what you mean by flashy.

Guns with cool camos are flashy, as long as they are legit. Somebody owning with a under used gun like the FAL, F2000, or a L86 with the SUSAT scope is flashy.

I played against someone using a red tiger AK, doesn't seem that special but I thought it was pretty flashy... saw it over and over again damn bastard

Thought the L86 had a rds. I know the rl version has SUSAT but didn't think it was in game. I have never used it on L86 so may be wrong.

Most guns look good with blue tiger. Red tiger looks good on all guns.

Anything blue tiger or better being used by someone who's not level 70 is pretty impressive. Blue tiger is pretty hard to get to in one prestige.

Blue Tiger is only 75 headshots, its pretty easy to get. I think Red Tiger or above is much more difficult. Fall camo means your either really good with headshots or you've used a gun for like an entire prestige.

I think Vector with rapidfire probably shoots the fastest, so the amount of muzzle flash would literally make it the flashiest gun.

Level 51 and about 40 Headshots from Fall for Barrett.

Then again, I have gotten about 1200 headshots in 3 prestiges with it.
