This is really starting to piss me off. As much as i liked cage match i figured it would be okay to see it go, but now as I play more FFA I have found that all the boosters have gone here. This really makes me angry as with all the crap going on now with 10th prestige and nukes being basically worth nothing since people have no lives with their jtagged xboxs. I really don't understand why people boost but they keep going. You can kill them and beat them but they don't leave and never stop trying. I really want to know what motivates these people to be so f***ing stubborn, its going to eat at me as long as i play.

Mw2 is just going downhill, i mean i cant even get a good standing in the leaderboards because of boosters and modders. Why is it that almost no one is legit now? I mean if you are so dedicated to xbox that you are going to pay extra money to have a blue gamertag or a green avatar and all the mw2 titles and emblems.. then you have some major issues and you need to get off your lazy arse and get a job or a girlfriend and learn to play a sport so you receive a delightful gift from the real world like Diabetes...

Now that I am done venting, i hope all of you will too. If this bugs you at all please, post whatever you want on this subject.

Yeah pretty much every FFA game I join there are boosters. But I love it because I really enjoy booster hunting!!

my problem is more when im the only one person hunting and when i find them.. the other FFA players kill me then let the boosters keep going.. i dont understand how you dont see someone keep getting hs after hs or knife after knife on the same person.. that is what pisses me off most.. the stupidity of the other gamers or just how much they dont care.. it ruins the game and the less action taken makes it work

For the 1st 2 prestiges i did i was 98% playing FFA. its been months since i last had a game.I cant be arsed with the boosters and will have no part of it.Yes it was fun to hunt them 4 a while but yep more and more of em now, lookouts and all sorts o shit.Not worth the time. I only play the new map packs or a bit of moshpit now n then.In a way i miss it but FFA will never be what is was.

Couldn't agree more mate. Personally I'm not very good at TDM, so I play at a lot of FFA (which I used to be half decent at, finishing in the top 3 or 4 most games.), I played three games last night and all were booster ridden. They were doing it unashamedly talking over thier mikes.

I have basically had it with MW2, and hanging up my guns.

Maybe IW or Trearch will learn from this, and I'll buy black ops.

I've been off the Xbox for a while, but those boosters will not stop me killing people and hunting those boosters. I know where they hide, in every map. I don't even need to take an anti-boosting class, as its all held in a glob of semtex.
Still, I hope there are at least SOME decent booster free matches.

And btw, Black Ops is being made by Treyarch, the company that actually bothers to listen to the community, and they made the heat maps etc. in WaW. Buy Black Ops because I doubt Treyarch will let us down.

try and get the others to hunt with you and then you will be boosting off boosters, the only way to stop boosters is by making their booster lives hell, treat it like a HC mode and don't shoot the other hunters.

had a FFA game the other day with 2 sets of boosters and me and some other guy running around trying to find them, when we realized they were boosting he quit and as i noticed i rushed and invited a mate so he joins session and we boost for RPG multi kills on the boosters, the look outs got us the first time but then we brought the rain with multiple nades and RPG's and noob tubes till they rage quit.

the more people who make a stand and piss them off the less we will see it ( i hope)

The boosters in FFA don't bother me that much.
If they are in my match then it is my duty to find and kill them.
And if I'm second to a booster then I feel like I failed because generally boosters are really easy to kill.

I mainly use m/l/c in FFA and run n gun with my silent ump. I run to all the booster spots and a semtex is perfect for fucking up their program.

I find booster hunting to be the most fun objective in the whole game. Yes, it's annoying if they end a FFA game early with a nuke but that's half the fun, you've got to ruin their day before they ruin yours.

Step 1: Spectate. Look for players using Cold Blooded and Tactical Insertion.
Step 2: Look for boosting. Once you find them boosting, pick your class and go to their spot.
Step 3: ???
Step 4: Profit!

If they leave the game and go to another FFA, join their session in progress.

It's ironic, they are boosting for US since we keep killing them over and over. Tee hee.

In COD4, I always, and I mean, I always played FFA. It was fun. It was awesome, because its fucking COD4!

In MW2, I played a little bit of FFA because of the various bullshit that goes on in there. Including Boosters. I stopped playing FFA for a while until recently, I went back into FFA again and started to kick ass more.

Now, nothing pisses me off more than hearing a bunch of kids talk tough shit - AND for them to call me out and try and get me killed. Distracting.

Count me in, booster hunting is my favourite pastime at the moment, although I'm struggling to fit more than an hour or so at a time Plus while the footie is on I've noticed Skuh & 9inch are on a bit less?

Last night it was still a boosterfest on PS3, I had a blast in the short time I was on. What I love is when they come for revenge and suddenly realise that shooting your mate in the head repeatedly from 1 metre away does not translate to being able to kill a half decent player. When will they learn their title/emblem combo does not make them bulletproof?
