No idea since I think PS3 sucks, the Resurgence Map Pack came out June 3rd for Xbox.

I believe its usually the afternoon. Between 3-5, I think. They might push it to the morning if they're expecting a lot of requests for it.

After the wallet failure on the Stimulus Pack, due to a too higher load at once, it'll be a good idea to upload the money a couple of days before. Just a tip.
