What is your favourite and worst map and why?

Mine fave is Storm mainly because I am pretty good on it and I also think salvage is fun

My worst used to be my favourite but because of the crappy free for all spawns it is now my worst, Terminal, and once I got 2 deaths on 1 killcam on it I ran out of the blue luggage gift shop or what ever it is and he got me with a shotgun I spawned round the corner and the same person ran around and within 1 and a half seconds of respawning I was knife

Storm is a nice map. I hate Salvage though.

My favorite is probably favela or karachi. There's just fighting on many different levels, inside, outside...places for flanking, ambushing, sniping, whatever you like to do. I have the most fun on those maps even if they may not be the ones I play best on.

I like favela and agree but karachi doesn't do it for me, I just never do that well at that map

Really funny but:

I played Karachi for a good month or two before I realized there were stairs that led to the rooftops in the middle everyone is always fighting over. I kept wondering how everyone got up there (thought the only way up was the ladder in that middle area). I'd run by the staircase many many times but never noticed it was there till one day I ducked into the garage to hide and wondered "where does that doorway go to?"

Haha A sort of similar thing happened to me since this was my first FPS and war game I was absolutely clueless about what harriers, pave lows were and for ages I got muddled up between harriers and pave lows!

My fav is Estate. For some reason it's the one map where I do really well. The map I don't like at all is Rust - Run around Using Spastic Tactics - not my style.

Storm, Salvage and Bailout are nicely laid out maps but I do very bad on them because everyone there is just camping somwhere. Aesthetically they are nice, but not so much for fluid playability.

ATM it is Highrise and Favela. I go Sandyravage in here Its fun spawntrapping them in here I also like subbase quiet a lot but I cant stand Derail...

Derail is my favorite. I like to snipe. I really like to snipe from the catwalk. It's right out in the open and has very long lines of sight. You can make pretty much the longest shots on the game. People run between the two buildings on the other end thinking they're safe and I pick them off. It's the one of the places that you make such a long shot that you are safe even from an AR.

Overgrown is probably my second. I really like it on top of grandma's house.

The only maps I don't like are Underpass because it's so hard to see and Strike because it has too many bottlenecks.

My favorite map is either Highrise, Estate, or Invasion. They always have the same action points, and I've learned good spots to camp, since that's what I often do. They also are good for when you don't charge at the middle at the enemy, you work the edges of the map for higher killstreaks. And I like them because I just flat out know them like the back of my hand.

I enjoy almost every map, some it depends what side I spawn on.

I really like playing Storm, Terminal, Crash, Trailer Park, Carnival, Estate and many others. These just stand out the most.

I don't like Overgrown so much, too many snipers. Sometimes I struggle on Karichi, and I don't know the ins and outs of Strike so that can be frustrating. Derail is a little too slow and usually hinges on who camps the middle building the hardest.

Playing SnD I don't really mind any of them that much(although Wasteland makes me swap from my scar class to sniper), terminal can be annoying on the attacking side however.

On Dom a lot of the maps can be a pita when spawn trapped - A on Sub Base, C on Karachi, A on Skidrow, A on Terminal and A/C on High Rise (C gives you a bit more cover with the cubicles but does have the glass roof for enemy air support) come to mind.

Used to like estate god knows why ?, what a mess, the most badly designed piece of ****** ***** ****** **** with ****** and *****. Like Overgrown obviously despite the fact it seems to pop up a little too much, strarted to appreciate crash more in comparision to the mw2s other levels. Like terminal and S and D on highrise has an eery yet special feel to it.

Personally the only good maps are the ones form COD4, the rest were designed for campers.

I don't like any of them, but I prefer Terminal, Highrise, Favela, Rundown, because they're good for constantly circling around the map w/o getting pinned down by the enemy at every choke point.

My favourite(s) are probably Scrapyard, Skidrow or Highrise as I can easily get well over 40 kills on all three of them and my least favourite(s) are probably Derail, Sub Base and Invasion. Just for the simple fact that I hate them.
