Good is a relative term. However look at the Good setup or bad? it will basically net you the same results.

The SCAR and the AA-12 need the benefit of Scavenger Pro to be more effective worth the trouble due to low round capacity without, or Extended Mags which I doubt you have unlocked.

And replace hardline with Stopping Power, Cold Blooded or Danger Close.

How I would change it:

is my setup good or bad

Scar-Grenade launcher/silencer
AA-12-Grip if you happen to have extended mags use it, But SPAS 12 is better
Stun
Semtex

Scavenger pro (You can also refill grenades)
Stopping power pro
Ninja pro

Silent footsteps whether walking, running or jumping especially over wooden floors and metal grid plates. Silent landings too if not too long a drop. Very useful if you like to go on sniper hunting excursions.

That isn't a setup I would use. I would make a few simple changes if I were to try those weapons. Hardline is probably fine with the SCAR, but the only gun I ever use hardline with is the UMP45.

Scar + FMJ
AA12 (My favorite secondary right now is the Raffica - its retarded good)

stuns
semtex

Sleight of hand
stopping power
steady aim

OR this

scar + grenade launcher
launcher
semtex, frags or claymore

scar+hbs or grenade, one man army, coldblooded, ninja, flash, claymore. I use oneman army so you can refil your ammo anytime or change classs to a stinger or javelin as required. If not OMA then you will need svavenger with the SCAR as low mag. If not try TAR 0r AUG instead

AA-12-grip shotguns with sniper classes are sort of fail tbh. use akimbo rafficas or G18s so you can hit things past 10 metres, plus the rafficas have a very fast draw time. if you're good with pistols use the USP or the M9 for even faster draw times. Just never shotguns with sniper classes, you will get caught with your pants down switching weapons more than once.

This setup has worked good for me.

P.S: can change 2nd perk to "stopping power", still prefer lightweight for quicker aim. Plus Tar-21/FMJ should be enougth power?

FMJ does not increase power. It only increases bullet penetration. Personally I would never use Lightweight in any class other than a rushing/SMG class. Sleight of Hand's Pro effect is more helpful anyway. I'd use Stopping Power, but again, that's just me.

Totally agree.

Lightweight is such a useless perk unless you're rushing or sprinting around. Your "quicker aim" isn't really aim, it just allows you to have your gun quicker to hip fire if you were coming out of sprint. If you don't sprint, then LW pro is pointless. Your guy is already drawn and will then benefit from SOH pro.

RPD my anti sniper on wasteland tap tap and they are dead. Rushed by three enemies no prob street sweep them. Really accurate LMG when tap tap tap fired.
