Default Modern Warfare 2: Ghost #1 (Possible Spoilers)
I have some questions based on the comic book series Modern Warfare 2: Ghost

As all of you who just read the title, you probably understand who this comic book series is based off of. For those who have read the first issue... I have a question.

Spoiler:
...It's apparently Ghost being held captive in a Ukrainian Elementary School along with the young students. However he says "I bet you wonder why I wear these bones on my face (referring to Ghost's signature balaclava). It a tribute to an old friend of mine, he's dead now, but man if he wasn't the baddest mother fucker on the planet... Riley was his name, Simon Riley." (The apparent birth given name of Ghost from Modern Warfare 2).

I'm confused though, the "man" in the school speaks of Simon in the past tense... This would initially make the reader believe that the man in the school and Ghost are two different people. However, in the events proceeding after the first issue of the comic series a lot of shit happens to Simon

stuff that would make him say he died, but not really. In other media sometimes when they someone has died, they are a referring to part of themselves. Is it Ghost

I think akimbo bayonets would work better.
maybe have mini throwing-hatchets tied to his tail? you need one, you pluck it off and throw it.
