Now we all pew pew over the cheap nubs that use noob tubes but ima try to make a list that shows when its not a "noob tube" but a strategic use of an attachment that gives you a rocket propelled grenade that one shots most people

Now grenade launchers are used in real life to clear out rooms and take out vehicles and such but players who want to be dicks or nubs simple walk around spamming the hell out of it racking up nearly free kills.this wasn't that big of a problem in CoD4 as it took up perk one and this would have fit perfectly for MW2 but for some reason IW didnt feel like making it take up tier one again.Anyways a noob tuber isnt someone who uses a grenade launcher its someone who walks around with it always on and uses it to get all their kills and normally uses scavenger or OMA to refill theirs pools infinitely.Usually coupled with the thumper or other RPG.So heres the list...
-To clear out a room when your not sure if someones in it.
-To Fire upon a sentry gun/other kill streak
-If you see an enemy air drop you may fire it off to try and steal it
-to clear hall ways or if using sitrep a claymore/C4 in a room
-To protect your Site in Demolition/S&D and modes like that
-To unlock the shotgun attachment or finish some chalanges

Thats all i can really think of the would qualify for the use of a grenade launcher...im happy Osama does just have an army of noob tubers or wed be screwed.

Agian feel free to add your own flame pew pew or troll it or support it but again doubtful

Bad Company 2 got the 40mm nade launchers quite right, they have a 1m or so kill radius making them useful for destroying enemy cover, wounding but usually not killing groups of enemies and as an alternative to pulling out your pistol when your AR is low on ammo (but the 40mm shotgun is better for that usually).

In CoD games I think there wouldn't be any problems with tubes if they had a 15-20m arming distance, although that would probably make them too useless (onoes) considering cover in CoD can't be destroyed by explosives.

I ment something like when its okay to use a gernade launcher or passable noob tube attack...lol i mean some of the kill cams are just sad you just see him spamming them or from like 2 feet away firing it when they could have just shot normally

I never start out a match tubing. The only time I really use my explosives class is when the other team is camping their asses off indoors, like in the middle building in Derail. I'm not going to keep running up there just to find some douch bag with akimbo Rangers sitting in a corner staring at the only entrance. No thank you sir, enjoy a rocket.

Rundown and Afghan spawn tubing in Search & Destroy and if the other team is tubing I will counter-tube. Best situations to use it. With DC of course.

I don't use it anymore. I prefer lead ammunition. I also prefer random simtex tosses than random tube launches.
