The ACR is noobish with stopping power and the ump with steady aim. but i'd prefer ACR, because you can put a noob tube on it

If your going to use the ACR without stopping power, you might as well throw fucking rocks at the person. It would kill them quicker.

Honestly, its stupid to say that a gun is noobish based upon perks. But I'm like the others in this thread who said that comparasion is dumb. EVERY gun in this game is good if you use it in the right situation.

^^^^This. If you are hipfiring the UMP a lot you may be doing it wrong. Commano or Ninja are much better suited.

I just prestiged so I'm hurting at the moment. I'm currently using the UMP with Rapid Fire on my rush class but no Steady Aim. I don't feel the need for it or see the benefit for my play style(since I mostly ADS), but when I slap Rapid Fire on the MP5K I definitely use Steady Aim and really refrain from ADSing.

I just thought it was odd, glad it works for you.
