I think what makes a person good at a game especially this one isn't anything that can't be worked on.

There are people that think that a beasty KD/R is how you tell some one is good and if they play a lot of TDM or FFA they are probably pretty good. Some people think that hitting people with every bullet in your sniper clip makes you good and of course with accuracy like that you would be at least pretty decent.
But what I think makes a player good at any game and not just COD is the ability to take in what's happening and make intelligent decisions based on the situation that is in front of them. In a game where 3-5 bullets is the normal kill you don't have to have the best accuracy in the world as long as you can catch people off guard. Being sneaky, avoiding death and thinking are what make good players good and Bad players better.

Clearly it's someone who goes 4-26, 2-12, 3-20 quickscoping and puts all their kills in one 5 minute montage.

^^^^This so long as there is sufficient spinning round at the start of every round and you bunny hop if you see someone shooting at you.

Anyone who has posted more than two sentences regarding this thread's topic is a bad.

Skill in kd is having a quick reaction time and an aim worth a damn. Skill in objective is being able to do the objective in a short enough time and minimizing deaths.

perhaps having the highest killstreak, or getting a nuke on a regular basis? Maybe staying up till 5' am and having the dedication to rank up 10 levels in a single night. , possibly ignoring all the 10 year olds who mess everyone else up? (this wasn't intended to be me, i can't do any of that)
