Scar because the lack of recoil and the Fal because its not affected by SP unless used w/ Holo.

players can't appreciate anything nowadays-IW made an awesome game but just because it was that good everybody started complaining about something!!

I prefer Scav myself but you have to leave cover to collect the packs left by the dead. With OMA you don't have to move.
