Forcing an enemy player to adjust their aim while preserving your own target acquisition provides an inarguable advantage to yourself.

Going prone cuts your target area by over three quarters in the best-case scenario and can be achieved in an instant by pressing a key that your hand should already be over in all circumstances (Can't remember if consoles have an instant prone key. Sucks to be you if you don't). Additionally, your crosshair is dragged but not away from a viable target area unless the enemy is elevated.

Essentially, my argument can be summed up as this...

You are a simpleton vying for attention and social status by attempting to display the same opinions as a self-established "elite" while presenting a controversial viewpoint on an already well-established principle that challenges the validity of said principle.

The only camping I personally fucking hate is when some kid is just sitting in a little room in the corner with a shotgun aiming down the sights. Is that honestly something fun? I understand they paid for the game so they can do whatever they want but seriously?
