TBH, Steady Aim is a great perk, but if the other team is sound-whoring it will put you at a disadvantage. Personally, I love it when rushers use anything other than ninja: pretty much makes them easy kills.
Of course, you won't always be in lobbies with soundwhores, so its still very effective when your not. And I agree with 3Guys. For me, "biggest advantage" when using the Ump is staying stealthy, so I think SP is a waste of a perk (unless of course, your taking your secondary into consideration. people who don't utilize their games this far into this game are quite dumb or are just running around not being serious at all. I'd suggest Lightweight instead of Sp with this setup as the Pro version lets you ads as fast as SoH Pro does and it's quite unnecessary to get SP with the ump since it's only effective at ~ 18 feet or so. But it's all about preferense when it comes to perks.

Commando and Ninja are pefect perks for rushing. Steady aim is a crutch for newer players and eventually you'll learn to make better perk choices.
Although I would never suggest using Commando because it's scummy but hey your choice. Having no drop damage is worth it on its own tbh even if you refuse to use your knife.

yea I saw it and I understand your point. SP whilst using FMJ and going for wallbangs is essential since Smg's have such low penetration power. Lately I've been using Steady Aim for TDM and Ninja for SnD and FFA. Getting my X11's in a couple of days so I think I'll go full ninja then.
