if you're using akimbo you should go for steady aim. Although whilst flanking ninja is the best option. MLN is my favorite setup atm. Stealthy and lethal :]

Ninja Pro for sound benefits, especially in SnD.

However, using SA greatly increases the hip-spread of akimbo weapons. and therefore their effective range.

Commando is another option, but the benefits aren't quite as good as those in the other two perks, IMO.

Ninja all the way.

But IMO, a silenced Mp5K combined with lightweight is a bad idea on most maps. Basically, with the damage dropoff from the silencer, and the fact that you don't have SP, means that medium to long range shots are going to take 5 bullets to kill. That can be a challenge with that gun because of the recoil. Granted with lightweight, you can get to more ccq situations, but on most maps I'm afraid your going to be at a disadvantage.

Agreed. And as much as it may be hated, on larger maps with long lines of sight, UMP45 makes the most sense statistically when using lightweight or cold blooded.

Still would use Ninja Pro over the others as a third perk.

Since you have akimbo mags, you don't need commando.
Ninja is not needed unless you play SnD.
lightweight sucks imo.

I would go with steady aim.

And swap to stopping power. Makes mp5k a 2shot kill iirc.

depending on what you are using this class for:

Well for myself when it comes to search and destroy I use this:
Similar to your setup:

MP5-K Silenced
Secondary: whatever you prefer
Perks:
Marathon
I use Stopping Power instead because in S&D I do not want to sacrifice damage.
NINJA: For someone that uses mid decent headphones during my gaming, it is stupid to not use it during Search. I can hear people from so far away that use commando and can faintly here ninja.

For games like team deathmatch, free for all, domination. you want to use a different set up

MP5-k Silenced
Marathon
Lightweight (I dont care about losing damage during these game plays)
Commando (though it does help to be silent it is not as crucial as using it in Search)

I dont use sitrep when i rush or steady aim because I aim down my sights 99% of the time and I also dont use akimbo, but you do so maybe that could be an option. for sitrep I run past all of my enemies equipment because lightweight you just blow bye.

If there is one SMG that does not need SP its UMP. IMO you are better off either going speed rush with lightweight or ghost class with cold blooded.

if ur running and stabbing, use commando. if you're running and sneaking, use ninja. if you're running and have horrible aim/not ADS-ing, use steady aim, if you're running and feel like being a bitch, use last stand. if you're running and are afraid of claymores, use sitrep. if you're running and you're afraid of claymores AND you want to give your position away, use scrambler

UMP w/ FMJ
Akimbo something, usually M93.

Marathon
SP
Steady Aim

Why shouldn't I use SP or SA when they give me the biggest advantage?
