Why the hell do they have them for snipers. In real life a barret 50.cal (depending on the range) if you shot someone with it in the leg it would either take a massive chunk out of it or maybe blow it off conpletely. The shock would either kill you or at least render you immobile. Not just flinch and then carry on.

tbf, sniper rifles would still be balaned even if they had zero sway and could one-shot anywhere on the body as long as they were limited to one-per-team.

The rest of the game isn't realistic, so why should snipers be? You can't survive 10 bullets to the head because you took a painkiller. You can't jump off a cliff and land on a mattress and be okay. You can't die and then respawn. You can't get shot by a gun and then be fully healed a few seconds later. I can go on and on. I think snipers would be way overpowered if they were always a 1 hit kill. People would camp so much more.

If you're trying to snipe on a two bar then suit yourself. Lag isn't that much of a problem. It's the fact that you hit the arms/legs and not where you are supposed to hit, which would be the head, neck, chest OR stomach. Right?

Hit detection is calculated client-side. Lag has never actually affected your aim so shut up about it.

very true, i have played on bad connections, shot a guy as he was turning a corner, he gets around the corner, figured i missed, then i see blood fly and get the kill.

Hit decection on this game is shit. I have stood behind someone with a FAL, put the Holo sight to the back of their head, pulled the trigger, and not even got a hitmarker. I don't give a shit what the hit detection is "supposed" to do. Anyone who has played this game as long as I have knows that lag plays a very big part in OHK's with Sniper Rifles.

Well it must be better on PC than ShitBox, because in my 45 days playing this game, I've had a much different experience. And don't talk to me about how much better you are. There is no way for us to determine who is better and I'm not going to get in a pissing match with you.
