I have tried many playstyles including sniping,rishing,camping etc. By far camping is the most affective. People just hate campers because they dominate.plus they keep rushers from taking over. So people owe campers a big thanks for keeping the game balanced. Withut campers this game would suck so why not camp?

1st off campers dont dominate, the reason ppl hate campers is because if u have worked up a good killstreak and done some awesome kills only to be killed by someone sitting in the corner waiting for someone to go passed is a bit cheap and annoying as they didnt earn that kill.

Campers dont earn any of their kills they might gain kills but they didnt earn them and that annoys people who work hard.

Finally there are no such thing as rushers unless u are playing SnD, everyone runs around or holds one point of the map. Campers sit in a corner and wait for the kill to be in their crosshairs unlike everyone else who puts the crosshairs to the kill

technically if you kill one person he will keep coming back and the more he keeps coming back the more unwise decisions he makes leading into me getting the NUKE!!

anyways calm down this is exactly wat im talking about and u dont think campers put work into their kills!! you must have gr8 patience in order to camp and chose your spot wisely.

it is most effective due to how the spawns are setup.

All you really need is a claymore behind you or near you, some can do without it.

Just don't record any commentaries or gameplay footage. Most people prefer someone dominating the game with an avid style of aggression, movement, and flanking.

Camping is the most effective for you, but for others it's entirely subjective. Campers only dominate if they are playing against mindless players that keep coming back in the same direction. I guarantee if you were playing a team (even better an organized clan) with actual intelligence, you'd die more often and would have to change up your style.

As Ninja rightfully said, if they come up against good, smart players they will die often, therefore camping doesn't "rule" since they are going to be easily spotted and pinned down if they keep sitting around in the same place. He also pointed out that it is subjective and yes it is, I have no joy in sitting around hardly moving, it's boring and useless when I can move around and get more kills.

Unless you are playing against total noobs, you might kill the same guy twice before he figures out you're camping, flashes/stuns you, and teabgs yer face for 15 seconds before he knifes you.

Camping works for you because you can't do anything else.
