Use the Barret if the Intervention is irritating you because you can't make a fast follow up shot.

Though I do suppose the Intervention could have some use outside of l33t bolt action skillz if it could OHK to the lower stomach without stopping power. But then the only way to do this effectively would be a 1.5 lower stomach damage multiplier, which means a silenced one with stopping power would be actually be very annoying.

Alternatively, you could aim. Gun worked fine for me.
