Scrambler, IMO, is the ABSOLUTE WORST PERK EVER MADE. Shades in WaW was bad, but seriously. Quoting someone 'i sneak up on snipers' when they aforementioned they have scrambler.

Scrambler is a perk if you want to tell people 'Hey, im in close vicinity to you, so check behind you and around more often than you normally do, because if your radar goes really scrambled like that means im pretty much here, just to let you know'

What kind of crazed, schizofrenic came up with the idea of this perk. Where are the benefits?? Seriously????

Hardline Pro Edition

Earlier Deathstreaks. Wow.

Who benefits? No one really. Use painkiller an extra life early, maybe save yourself once....copycat, matyrdom, same thing. No real benefit.

Last Stand.

Why do they keep having this in the game. Useless, annoying perk. In WaW if playing with friends you could revive others. But No, lets just have the pro version use equipment. Oh joy, how many times does that save you?

My personal least favourite is scrambler. Whoever uses this over something like sitrep or ninja, should be rounded up in some field, and a mass murder should be taken place because of the insanity.

Uses for these near useless perks:

Scrambler: Get your entire team to use this. Then try to get a game on rust. If you spread out the enemy team will almost never have a radar. It's even better on ground war.

Last Stand: Use this class set up.
Any smg or sniper (doesn't matter what you pick because you wont be using it much)
Rafficas w/ attachment of choice (I recommend akimbo)
Claymores
Special of choice
Marathon
Stopping power
Last Stand

This was my class set up when I went for the Last Stand emblem. The smg or sniper is used for the movement speed. I used a M21 with ACOG in case I needed to shoot some guy at a distance the rafficas wouldn't work well for. The tactic is simple, you run around like a retard and kill as many as you can before you get put into last stand. When you are in last stand you kill who you can with the rafficas and then plant a claymore before you die. With the claymore down watch the kill cam. I got a claymore kill aprox 1/3 of the time. This class pisses people off so it's good for luls.

Hardline: ... I got nothing. The perk is really only good for running low kill streaks or SnD where kills are few.

I have everything pro, and all of the perk emblems.

I like having all the perks pro just in case I feel like using ones I don't normally use. Out of all the perks I would say I use these the least:

Hardline <--- I find all the other red perks are better.
Commando <--- 9 times out of 10 when I have commando on I didn't need it because of how close to the enemy I was.
Scrambler <--- The only use I got out of this was being able to rush past claymores but even then the enemy still knows I'm coming. Getting your whole team to use it is good for lulz though.

Marathon Lightweight Scrambler was a huge success for me. People are retarded in this game and always think that the enemy is coming from the front. Simply run around them and stab them in their oblivious backs. People who complain about scrambler have no idea of how to use it.
