Machinima is a website/youtube channel that has thousands of subscribers and generates tons of traffic everyday. People submit their gameplay videos to Machinima and if they approve then they upload it to their channel. You get a little bit of money based on how many views your videos get, but more importantly, your channel gets more traffic because there's a link to your channel in the description and your video is guaranteed to get thousands of views.

As you can imagine though, actually getting your video on Machinima is pretty hard :P
