Javelins are faster, and don't put the operator in danger. I'd be willing to bet it'd cost more to replace the guy that'd probably get killed trying to get to the armoured vehicle and also the guys that may have been inured or killed in waiting for the guy with C4 to get there.

Or something.

Regardless, I'm pretty sure anybody in the armed forces would rather use a Javelin than risk their ass even more by sneaking up to the quite possibly heavily armed vehicle.

Watching these videos makes me wish the guns in games were louder (and loud in such a way that you can't turn the volume of them down and leave everything else the same).
