Thats the hard bit.
I've used models and spas quite a bit in my previous montages iirc.
AA-12 has no ammo, m1014 needs to reload every 3-4 kills, Ranger after 1-2.
Models/spas seems to be the only shotguns that i can get some sort of flow with that people enjoy in montages. (I have never used striker tbh)

Handguns are extremely hard to get triple/multi kills with, or anysort of flowing gamelpay due to the reload time/small amount of ammo.

Machine pistols are hated by most people, i would never use the g18 in a montage, akimbo raffica is a mabye. Pp2000 i use every now and then (leaning more towards now, because i have gotten extended mags with it)
Tmp can go die.

Launchers....Javelin is fun every now and then, thumper is hated, At4 is fun but the amount of time it takes to get killfeeds with it sort of rules it out.
Rpg is a cunt.

I use snipers alot, but on pc it is pretty rare that i get a decent gameplay that is montage worthy

Assault rifles - I need high dps guns when rushing, pretty much the ak or the tar, both of which i feel i have used quite a bit in my videos.

Lmg's, while highly possible to get triple/multi due to no reload, getting them taikes time.

riot shield is a cunt

Smg - mp5/p90 with extended mags are pretty much what i use when i'm frag hunting. Ump feels overused


Add the fact that pretty much all my montages are made in 1-2 days of gameplay, i have to try and get as many killfeeds in as little time as possible. Shotguns are probably the fastest way to get them, followed by smg/ar rushing.

Even if it is possible to get triple/mutli with for at4, aug ect, it would take me 3-10 games, while with the spas/models/smg/ar rushing, i can get 1-4 montage worthy clips per game. So to make a montage i would need to play alot more matches. Add Iwnet bullshit to that and it would take me a shitload of extra time.

Take ambush for example. The first three clips (terminal) were all from the same game. I originaly started the game with the m16, but due to the fact that it takes so long to kill multiple enemies with it, i realised it would take to long to get a montage worthy gameplay with it. At around 100 points (dom) i swapped to the tar, and on my first rush (hence the painkiller in it) got a nice gameplay. The other two followed very quickly, in the span of half a dom game.

So since i make so many montages in so short time, i tend to use weapons that are:
A, good with rushing
B, Good for taking down multiuple enemies
c, Alot of ammo

Hence the use of the same guns in alot of clips

When black ops comes out, i might start taking longer time between uploads, so i can stack clips from differnt weapons and have longer time to frag hunt with lmg's ect.

Tl:dr

I use the same guns alot to enable me to make montages in shorter time.

My point was more of using more "variety", not just "different".

The whole montage consisted of Spas-12, with one or two Intervention and Tar-21 clips. By all means keep using the Spas/Tar, but add in some AK47, P90, Mini-Uzi, F2000, Barrett, Model akimbo clips aswell. Just create an even balance.
