In almost a year worth of playing MW2, just landed in a hacked lobby for the first time. Predators blowing instantly, a surprising number of AC130's and full auto Interventions.



Any stories of unintentional hacked lobbies?

Ended up in a hacked round once where gravity was about 1% of normal. Run too fast, you hit the stratosphere, and heaven help you if you jumped. A nuisance, needless to say.

Another time, I wound up in a hacked lobby that had a tiered weapon setup- you started with an M9 and knife, and upgraded to better and better guns as you scored kills. That was actually pretty fun, particularly since it left everyone's levels alone.

Yea, I got in one today. And every carepackage is a AC130, Chopper or EMP. But sometimes UAVs show up. We also got some sort of aimbot, another crosshair, 1-shot-kill (every weapon), very fast reaload and very fast ADS. And after that I got that hack as well, then my PS3 crashed and I lost it.

Modded lobby would be the correct term. I think we can all agree that hacking includes things like WH's and aimbots (or Dracula). I for one enjoy modded lobbies. Gun game is my favorite but I've only gotten it once.

I got into one where everybody had super speed and a super long commando lunge even if you didn't have commando as your third tier perk. It was on wasteland and I think I ran from one end to the other in something like 10 seconds.

I got into one where right at the beggining of the game everything was exploding and so I got killed, and the guy's kill cam looked like a choppergunner killcam but it was a guy running really fast, so I got out of the game, but when I was leaving the game some weird numbers appeared in the screen and when I was at the lobby a [{DT}] appeared in front of my user name, and my custom classes lost their name and now their name appear in colors.
Doeas anyone knows something about this? is there anything i can do? i need help..

I landed in one hacked and 2 modded lobbies in all my playing time.

Luckily, that hacked one didn't touched prestiges, titles, emblems and challnges. It just leveled me up to 70.

While modded ones were gun game and zombies.

if the lobby is hacked for the game itself then im cool with it...i like playing zombies and gun game......but if its hacked so one person cant stop calling in ac130s then its not so fun

Landed in a hacked lobby a week ago that removed the bobbing on the gun.

Surprisingly annoying as the gun doesn't even move now when I walk around. It's boring.

My CoD4 is like that permanently now, and I've never hacked it. I don't even need to hold my breath with snipers anymore, there's no sway on them.

And I've gotten into I think 3 hacked lobbies and one modded lobby. I'd definitely want to get a Gun Game or Zombies lobby, but haven't had one yet.

Am I the only one that never got to a hack lobby? From CoD4 to MW2- to Black Ops. Never been in to a hack lobby but everyone else here have. Hackers loves me, that why they leave me alone.
