Even better than last week's Portal 2 deal, this week the console versions are an additional $5 off -- Amazon has it for $34.99 (and the PC version for $29.99). Amazon also has the still-new Mortal Kombat, along with Call of Duty: Black Ops, for $39.99 each.
Direct2Drive is offering 25% off select pre-orders which is quite possibly the cheapest way to get any number of upcoming PC games. If you're looking for something more immediate, it's also got Resident Evil 5 for $14.95 and Dead Rising 2 for $19.95.
Steam has the original Crysis for $7.49, Warhead for $4.99, or the Maximum Edition (for maximum savings, natch) for $9.99. Also worth pointing out is the quirky RPG Recettear: An Item Shop's Tale which is just $9.99 on Impulse, and GameStop has Fallout: New Vegas (which has some new DLC on the way) for $19.99.
