Consoles are easy and cheap...they're not going anywhere. I got my XBOX in a bundle for essentially $70.

My old problem with PC games was that after 2 years the PC was outdated. Of course this was with the family PC. Now I have my own laptop, but they're not great for gaming either.

personally. i'd be pretty fucked off if this happened (im pretty sure it wouldnt though) literally their is 2 reasons why i dont really pc game much these days. the first being: there relentless onslaught of hackers on counterstrike, and the fact that it costs a fortune to keep up to date with pc's. although i am gunna have to bite the proverbial bullet soon and upgrade, what with starcraft 2 being released and shit. i love my 360 though, i got the new 360 s on release day, its a pretty nifty piece of kit tbf.

bob kotick has a way of pisssing me the fuck off though. he seems like a right bellend. blah w/e rant over

Considering you can already get video cards for your computer that allows you to plug it into your tv. I don't see how his idea is any good. And if he was able to get some company to design a gameing friendly PC it wouldn't be cheap enough to have a large enough amount of people purchasing it. I hope he does try it just so it can blow up in his face and then hopefully a less greedy company can take Activisions place.
