My friend and I started a clan a while ago, we recruited a lot of people, but realized that they all suck, so we deleted them all. Our K/D's aren't high, because in the past we both had people play that didn't know what they were doing. My dad messed mine up, and his brother messed his up. Anyway, my K/D is 1.12, his is 1.2.
