PC: Im looking for a community with rules

Hello, im Paul and im Polish
I wish to join a community or create one with game rules like no tubes, camp and cheats ofcourse.
Im usually playing htdm's but it may change because im a bit bored of them
I preffer a community instead of clan cause im playing in different times of a day im not using micro (im ashamed of my english) and after over year break im not pro yet :P. If there exist anything like that what im looking for, please post here or pm/add me on steam. My id is szczycik
