Don't know why this hasn't been fixed. I assume it would be an easy one -

If you plant a claymore right after you plant a bomb (like in Search and Destroy) you immediately pick up the bomb briefcase again and punch away at the keyboard - AFTER you already planted it.

It would be one thing if it was just a quick graphical representation but instead, it slows you down to crouch speed and blocks your visibility like when you're planting it. Been killed a few times because of that.

try it some time - annoying as hell...

i think u mean that u plant your claymore then start planting the bomb, when you have finished u are still "planting" it. Yes this is still happening and it was known in cod4 but treyarch didnt do anything about it for W@W so im guessing its harder than we think to get rid of it lol.

o and if u didnt no, if u chuck a grenade or flash/stun/smoke the case will disappear and then press the change weapon button and it will go back to normal

no - i'm talking about crouching down to plant the bomb...

Planting... planting....

"Bomb has been planted!"

I then immediately plant a claymore...
right after I plant the claymore, the bomb briefcase pops back up again like you're planting all over again.

So you basically go through the planting process twice. The second time is a shorter in duration but it still blocks your view and limits your mobility as you're trying to get away and hide.

Try it some time.

o i knew that

i dont like planting claymores after you plant incase there is someone near you and u wont get away in time, and now with this glitch it will take even longer to get away lol

When this happens just quickly change weapon and it goes away... Its not really a problem so I doubt they have even taken notice of it.

Just don't plant claymores straight after planting, wait a few seconds, or do it prior to planting.

or use C4, which has the benefit of being much harder to spot thus less likely to go shot thus less likely to blow you up.

duh dood. I know. This is a glitch thread so I'm listing out a glitch I experienced.

I wasn't here looking for a work-around - especially one as blatantly obvious as yours.

not trying to hate but dood - "wait a few seconds" before planting is kinda Captain Obvious
