Your internet speed isn't the issue. It's faster than mine and I can play online just fine.

After looking at your screenshots, the only thing I can think of, is your DNS settings on the PS3 may be wrong. In my experience, they shouldn't be anything like your IP address. For example, my IP address starts with 192, but my DNS settings start with 203. Although, because you can play W@W online without any problems, I may be totally wrong. Still, it can't hurt to try changing them.

Check your routers status screen for your DNS settings and make sure the DNS settings on your PS3 are the same.

I have made sure that they're the same. It told me to match it to my "Default Gateway" which is what I did.

Try the link above. If you're still having problems after that, call your ISP for assistance with your router settings, and hopefully they'll explain exactly what settings you need to put into your PS3.
