Hello and thank you to any one that can help me out. A problem has recently developed while playing MW2 for me and I am not sure exactly what the problem is. I have read some of the other post here in the forums but have not seen anything that is like what I am experiencing. To get to the meat of the problem, and please excuse the lack of technical terms as I am not a computer whiz. While playing MW2 online, in a party or not, I will get kicked from online play but not from the internet. Some times sure I do get completely booted from the internet, but most of the time I simply get kicked from online play and and then have to try several times before the problem goes away. Before I get kicked I will have major uncontrollable lag issues, I get kicked and then a message comes up saying something along the lines of: you have been logged out, this is an activision error and gives me a dsn error message 80710102 or 80710103. Not sure what this means or how to fix it. If anyone has any insight on what is going on, I would greatly appreciate. Thank you.

My NAT type is always at open
I am connected with wireless (At&t-2wire)

Good luck I had this issue and it got worse and worse till I couldnt play a full game without losing conection.

I disabled UnPnp in the network settings, and Media server in the settings, waited a day and it went away. I also changed my DNS serer to 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.3.

You can youtube your error codes and there are fixes on there as well.

Thanks for the response, but how do I go about changing my DSN to the one you suggested?
