Default Display problem

Hello there,

I have the following problem. My laptop crashed so I had to reinstall my computer AND Cod MW2. The problem is, when you have finished installing Cod and launch it it automatically asks you to edit your monitor hight and length right? Well, the first time I installed it it did, but now it doesn't. I don't know what to do because now i have two black lines next to my gameplay and it is not very pleasant. I hope anyone can help me with this issue and know how to do it manually.

Thanks for your time

options > graphics > advanced > aspect ratio > 4:3

If the black lines are horizontal then you want 16:10 or 4:3. If the lines are vertical you want 16:9 or 16:10. Try setting it to "auto."

COD owner - COD expansion pack owner - COD2 owner - COD2: BRO player - COD3 owner - COD4 owner - COD:WaW owner - COD: MW2 owner - COD: BO owner

This is getting repetitive.

Try selecting "optimal system settings" on the "video settings" screen?

This doesn't help either... i really don't know what to do. Reinstalling would be the best thing but the problem is i can't re-use the keycode because it says its duplicated then... Its crappy
