Hey there,

I get this error when loading the MP map Terminal (the airport).
The odd thing is, I don't use a CD, steam launches it.. I've tried to use the CD and re-install both steam and codmw2, but it still gives this error.

My system specs are just fine:
I7 920 @2.67Ghz
HD4890 Vapor-x
6Gb RAM
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

Before Windows 7 I had Vista Ultimate 64-bit, but had no problems with codmw2 at all.. I wonder if anyone could help me?

First thing to do would be to verify the game cache. Often sorts out little errors like this:
Steam 'My Games' list -> MW2 MP -> Properties -> Local Files -> Verify integrity of game cache.

If that doesn't work then, has it started happening randomly, or straight after you did something, like reinstall OS? Does it happen every single time?

Might also be worth posting this on the IW forums. They're more likely to have seen this before.
