Yosh started a rant here on a similar thing (http://www.modernwarfare2forum.com/g...7240-what.html) but I thought I'd start a topic with this title so it was easier to find.
Ever since I downloaded Resurgence I've been getting the 'Client Command Overflow' error message far too often, maybe 30% of the games I enter. I'm on Ps3, Yosh is on Xbox, is this something affecting people cross-platform and is it since resurgence came out?
At the moment it's lost me so much XP and kills - normally when you get chucked out a game it at least updates your stats so far, not so with this command as far as I can tell.

A Google search seemed to tell me that it was just lag.

I'm guessing it bottlenecks then the only way to clear it is to kick people out of the game.

Probably talking bullshit here, but that's all I can make out from my Google search.

I've been getting kicked too. Losing XP and progress made towards challenge completions. I play on PC. Cant remember the exact error message, but it sounds like the same thing so I think its happening on all platforms.

I just got this today for the first time and it seemed just like any other lag and I later and I later found out that the host had quit.

I've been getting this for a long time, i dont know if i have been losing xp or not cuz im at level 70.

I think it happens when you lag like crazy, and try and do too many things at the same time. Something along those lines lol.

Got this yesterday, after re-installing my AV software, and having to re-allow firewall access for certain programs etc.

I was playing last night. Someone messaged not to use noob tubes. I posted a response that they didn't like. The next message "Bye (my username)" and two seconds later I can't get any commands to work and up popped the client command overflow. Hmmm, looks to me like someone knows a hack / exploit. So far I haven't been able to find it on Google. My guess is they flooded my connection to cause a packet lose.

He was probably host & terminated the game. I do it myself when an aimbot joins & makes the game completely unplayable for everyone (his team included). Although I've only had to do that twice in 7 Prestiges (9/10 im host).

Client Command Overflow is exactly what it says it is. An overflow of commands issued, normally when there is a lag spike.

Solution: Don't spam commands when they aren't responding.
