Ok so i was playing MW2 earlier today like usual and i went to free for all. It put me in a game where it was moving super quick. I figured at first maybe it was just lagging really wierd. Anyways after a minute or so I just backed out of the game.

I then started up another game and noticed the red dot sight that I use on my gun was not on. I backed out again only to find out that all weapon attachments are locked except the holographic on that particular gun.

Of course I was like wtf. So i look and its pretty much locked all attachments on all guns.

I signed off PSN. Restarted. Same problem. Turned off the PS3 and restarted. Same problem.

I then look and notice under challanges that all have them have been reset including prestige challanges. Strangley a few of them say DONE but only a few.

Im freaking out at this point and go online to do some research. From what ive read I understand that I somehow got put in a hacked server and some douchebag has pretty much screwed my profile over.

Im obviously pretty mad that all my stuff has gone but I try and pop in FIFA 11 just to see if my stats on it are okay and it wont even load the game. Says loading trophies and stays at 0%

I signed into my dads profile and it worked just fine. So apperantly its just my account.

Anyways now im not sure what to do. I read that there is no way to get my stats for COD back but I can live with that. I just want to know what I should do now.

I changed my password just to be safe but I still cant play games.

Is there someone who can potentially use my account now or what? Thats what im confused about.

I would just create a new account but my name, address, and anything ive bought from the playstation store is still on there.

What do I do? Thanks guys I really appreciate any advice.

Also on a side note Im not sure the prick that was hacking so I cant report him. He would be on my recent players met list but so are about 50 other guys.

Your personal details anything you brought on playstation store are fine as for the other games not working not sure what that could be doesnt sound like the hacked lobby causing it could be though not to sure on that one sorry mate.

That happened to me lastnight, i lost all my emblems, titles, challeges EVERYTHING gone... I didnt loose any rank to my prestige. I read that if you do prestige that may fix it WRONG. I was at level 67 on my 8th prestige, I just prestiged tonight and I never gained any thing back as of yet. Now i will say with each match that i play i am getting any where from 4 to 10 or so emblems and titles back excluding any challenges. Which ticks a person off. So if you get into a match that when you first log on you see random numbers and or letters in different colors etc. EXIT A.S.A.P... Oh btw COD Black OPS is not the answer. I have it and with all do respect i hate it. The online game play is by far worse then MW2 will ever be. I can stay in the top 3 places on MW2 Team Death Match, that game i played two rounds and was in last every match... I dont intend to tick any body off over my opinion on Black Ops either so dont judge me, its just not my type of game...

don't know what it is but my prestige jumped from leven 43 to 70 and the ps3 wasn't turned on at that moment. this sucks cause i'm playing for stats. the problems started when i downloaded new levels from ps store. playing mw2 isn't fun anymore since there are these hack problems and for that matter cheaters who play toghether are not that bad anymore they are just simple. for the hackers ..... they suck cause they are f*cking up other peoples fun. i'm done with mw2.

Why the hell do people act like kids and hack other peoples sh*t for. Just happened to me today. I guess ill just have to get rid of mw2 and upgrade to black ops. Hopefully there are not as many cheaters and hackers on black ops. Ridiculous.

i was pushed from lvl 45 to lvl 70 in just one hacked game....so unlocked everything!

All of my emblems and titles unlocked. I played for 12 days according to my counter. Prestige 3 and now all for nothing? Is there no way to reverse and keep the place we were at? The server i was on offered no clue. No domain or anything at all. Super pissed.
