I hear after level 10 that your able to place your personal (4 letters/numbers) before your user name....Where can find this function in Muliplayer??

I believe it's the Clan Tag option. You should be able to edit it and it will show up on your playercard in brackets just below your emblem.

Sorry for some reason I'm unable to find that option. The only options that I have are a change in "Banner" look, "Title" look, and then "Kill Streaks". I don't find anytype of "Playcard" like they have on "Black Ops". But I do dee it on other players in the game on MW2....Could I be looking in the wrong place??

Go into the Callsign & Killstreaks submenu. It's the 3rd option down, labelled "Clan Tag".

Ok I see what you mean..But that's the "X-Box" edition, on the PC edition it's not shown like that, or else I would not be asking the question.....I need to find the "PC" edition where I can add a "Clan Tag"....Thank you..

There is no separate clan tag option in MW2 on the PC. Instead, you insert your clan tag into your Steam name like this:
