I consistently get raped on Quarry. I do excellent on ANY other map but there is something I can't make up with on this map. Don't know what it is...

Is this just me or is Quarry actually a bad map? Do I need to know it better? ('Cause I already know the map by heart)

Where are the hot-spots? The best routes?

Quarry is one of my favorite maps nowadays.

There's really no surefire way for you to do better, some people are just good on some maps and bad on others.

I used to hate quarry but it became one of my fav maps. I have mixed games on it though. It is imo one of the more balanced maps though, as in you can use all the weapons effectively on it, there is lots of cover but is still hard to camp for a long period as you can get got from across the map.

If you're looking for a "hot spot" i'd say usually a lot of action occurs near the side of the map with the many buildings, the higher side of the map. Basically you've gotta be patient and earn kills slowly, but you need to make sure you move often and especially look far out for the snipers that like to hang out among the rocks.

Quarry is actually a decent map, especially for objective based games like Demolition.

Most of the action is in the middle by B, or on the left side by C. Just predict the enemies spawn points and keep a safe distance.

Good killstreaks are the UAV, the Harrier (set in the middle of the map towards C and B), and the Pave Low. It's easier to hide in Quarry from the Chopper Gunner, but if you know how to use the AC-130 (splash damage ftw) then you should do well with that.

Quarry is a sound-whore's paradise. If your not using Ninja or Sitrep Pro, you should be. Even if you don't have a headset, use Ninja so the enemy soundwhoring can't hear you.
