How do you play?
Whatever. Everything. TAR-21 w/ FMJ or holographic sight, for tighter maps; FAMAS/M16 w/ FMJ or underbarrel shotgun for more open maps. Notably, the M16 has less recoil when using the holographic sight. ACR w/ stopping power or underbarrel shotgun, if you don't like burst fire/can't aim. Or use the SCAR-H. Scavenger, Stopping Power, and Steady Aim in all cases. Semtex (no cooking, but if you're playing fast, who has time for that? Shorter fuse than frags!) Stun grenades. Uh, yeah. Steady aim makes the mediocre hipfire on the assault rifles very nice. Stopping Power is pretty much necessary on the burst guns, the ACR is a slow as hell killer without it, and the TAR-21 is epic even without SP, but gets even more epic with it. Scavenger to restock stun grenades and semtex, as well as ammo, if you use that much. Alternatively, you can replace steady aim with commando, and use a UMP .45. A little less firepower, sure, but the gun doesn't have particularly high recoil, has no movement penalty, and has a good hipfire spread anyway. Or. NINJA! UMP .45 w/ suppressor PP2000 w/ suppressor Marathon Lightweight Ninja Semtex Stun grenades A little faster. And a lot more silent. Not much else to say, really, except the UMP .45 is a nice all rounder, and 3 shots to kill at all ranges is neat.

you could reference the link below for more information. But yes, we need some more info on your playing style in order to effectively answer your question. But as I've said many times, experiment with different things and worry less about KD. Just have fun and try to find a gun that fits your style.
