What is the general opinion about this? I only just checked the stats and gave it a quick recoil test, but is it worth using?
To me it seems 900 RPM with 0 recoil means very quick kills at any range, even very long range. It uses up ammo fast but I guess Scavenger would help there (since I assume nobody is going to use 15 bullets for 1 kill, you don't need extended mags for it?). The idea of having a very deadly secondary, powerful at both close and long range, sounds very good to me.

I prefer handguns to mps now. That TMP is okay, but it eats up ammo like nothing else. And you will use 15 bullets before you know it with the ROF so fast. I prefer akimbo M9's. Control the ROF and have good aim and its usually a good kill.

g18 akimbo is better than most primaries, so why not?

Raffica is a close second with the draw time and insta-gib capabilities. You can also snipe with it (<3 doing this with the riot shield). Just make sure you turn your sensitivity down a bit.

anywho, the TMP is an MP you should probably pass, if you want an MP take the G18 or Raffi, or even PP2K. you could even try some handguns and even give the Raffi's brother, the M9, a try. Magnums are great as well.

if you want a long+short range secondary, what's the point of a primary?
but the best suited secondary towards your needs is the raffica

I'd agree, the raffica is most likely your best choice if you want a good all-purpose secondary, you can get them short range and have good accuracy for medium-long distances.

The TMP is okay if you use extended mags. I find the clip too small. Another thing to keep in mind is that you can pull out handguns WAY faster than other secondaries which is a huge bonus. Akinbo USP's or M9's is the way to go, but if you slap extended mags on the tmp it's worth using too.

It's not bad it's like a pocket ACR, but there are better options, stick with the Raffica, if you have SP on it kills in one burst at any range and it's good for conserving ammo.
