Someone at my school said they know someone who you can rent a 10th prestige lobby from for 60$. So he went around the school asking people who play cod if they want to pitch in 5 dollars to get into the lobby, because he's obviously not going to pay 60$ himself. He has a list of a ton people, but he still needs a few more. I already told him no, but I was thinking that I'd rather have 9th prestige and everything unlocked than a 5 dollar footlong, but I don't really know what I should do. It's kind of fun unlocking things, but I want more cutstom slots. What should I do?

Paying £50 for a game then paying someone else to complete it for you is a bit of a waste of money anyway.

for 5 dollars you cant even get a meal at McDonalds, if you don't play enough to get 9th legit then id do it, but in all reality your friend is probably getting scammed for 60 bucks or hes ripping 12 of his buddies off for 5 bucks a piece.

I know on xbox at least a 10th prestige lobby only costs 20 bucks sorry if you are on xbox i didnt check before i started this post. Just be careful about scammers theres only like 1 out of every 100 people who can actually do it maybe do some research see how its done, then ask some questions and see if hes got the right answers.

I wouldn't do it, if you get caught you get banned, I have heard. Besides, get to at least 5th Prestige and you'll have 8 custom class slots.

I don't care about title emblem and rank, I care about custom slots, weapons, attachments, and camos. Right now I'm 3rd prestige lvl 70. 5$ isn't that much. It's not really about the money that much. I find leveling up and unlocking things fun, but I'm tired of it now and just want to play the game. I still can't decide on what I want to do though. If I'm 9th prestige, will I get put into lobbies with really good people?

I already have quite a lot of stuff unlocked on the prestige I'm on right now though. I have fall camo tar-21 with all the attachments, all scar attachments, extended mags on the spas and aa-12, all g18 attachents, so Idk if I will even be gaining that much.

What are the chances of being caught and banned anyways? How harsh are the bans? Forever or for a few weeks or so? How many people actually get caught and banned?

I love these players when they're on my Search team. Nothing like having a level 70 10th prestige to be last alive on your team. Really fills you with confidence until they run right into that claymore that you saw a mile away...

^^^ I like your thinking. Whats the point of getting the game, and not playing it ? going to a lobby takes 10 minutes for prestiging... sure you have 10th prestige, but do you REALLY have it? I don't think so. Earn it, thats the whole point of online.

Any one that uses one of these lobbies is a cheat. Gaining something you haven't earned is cheating....... DO IT LEGIT.

I stopped at 1st prestige because I didn't want to upgrade all my perks/guns again and make do with 6 class slots, but that's because I only really use 4 of them (sniper, snd sniper, scar and deagle class). The extra slots are probably just going to have classes that are only a perk different to the ones you primarily use anyway or some random class you're trying out, maybe that's just me though.

yea but does it REALLY take that long to prestige? the first time sure, but after that? i just prestiged for my 3rd play through and 3 days later im lvl 55, and this is during my work week, playing a couple hours a day. figure about 5 days per prestige your looking at only taking 2-3 months of moderate game play to get to 10th prestige legit, and think of all that extra practice you have in by the time you got there.

as for unlocks, its not a big deal to me, I generally use as my primary class=
m4a1 -> scar -> acr, red dots as soon as available accross the board
pp2000 -> model 1887, akimbo for both
throwing knife
scavenger, stopping power, steady aim

sometimes i snipe, sometimes i knife, sometimes i throwing knife only (more often the last lately)

but i have pretty much everything i actually use @ lvl 70 unlocked by lvl 48...

i agree with the fact you should do it the old fashioned way and earn your prestige. the feeling you have when you finally get to the level you want is going to be much better than if you cheated and took the shortcut to get there
