Was playing a lot of SnD the other day, and seemed to be getting 3 hitmarkers but no kills quite often. Any chance they have reduced the base damage of the UMP?

Funny this. I post a very similar thread 5 minutes before you (same problem but with all weapons) here
and you claim it's either my aiming or lag, but when you have the same problem you say they've nerfed the weapon?

They can't have nerfed it, there's not been an update for a while. but it's weird that we're both suffering damage problems, I'm sure something is up.

EDIT: Just realised we're on different platforms, scratch the second part of my post, I have no idea if there's been a PC update recently. Still a weird coincidence though

I claimed that due to the fact you take an entire AR clip to kill someone. That to me sounds like lag. You're obviously missing many shots, i.e. it should be nothing to do with damage.

I believe there hasn't been an update for weeks. But then again I haven't played with the UMP extensively, and especially not in SnD where, in my opinion, it is more noticeable because of 1v1 situations.
