Default Controller vibration

Do you play with it on? I heard many people say to turn it off because it messes up your aim.

You're already using joysticks. Your aim can't get much worse.

LOL.

Personally, I keep it on. I like the subtle effects it has. While it fails at "putting you right by and feeling out the action", it has a nice touch to it, if you like that sort of thing. Well, not THAT sort of thing.

I like the small vibrations when you reload, but there's no way that it's going to mess up your aim

Yeah tiny vibrations aren't gonna mess anything up, in fact I find it really throws me off when I play without them if my controller needs charging.

One thing about the vibration that is actually useful is the small vibration you get on some guns when the ammo has gone into the gun after reloading, but the animation is still going. This means you waste as little time as possible whilst still looking around for enemies rather than staring at your ammo belt.

I leave it turned on. I feel like it's part of the expieriance of the game and it wouldn't seem the same if it didn't rumble when i was being shot.

I don't think it's distracting at all. It adds to the experience a little, so I don't think it'd be worth it to turn it off.

I keep it turned off b/c it drains the controller battery...I want my controls to last as long as possible wireless.

Your controller is not a Sybian, it shouldn't mess up your aim.

^ Awesome first post.

The only time I ever notice it is when I finish a match and put the controller on the coffee table to drink some coffee/beer, whatever. The vibrations on the Game Winning Killcam nearly shake the damn thing off the table. Sucks everytime I forget it's going to happen and it scares the crap out of me.

I don't know if this is just me, but when I have vibration ON, it seems my gun has more recoil.

I thought it was okay...

I turned it off for a while because i had heavy duty batteries or something that would die every time the controller vibrated... it sucked because I'd get hitmarkers on guys far away without noticing...

i would be willing to bet that a person using a controller joystick is more accurate or just as good as someone with a mouse.
