I've been getting these regularly, usually you get the harrier and seconds later the pave low. I drop the pave low out right away. Most of the time its a killfest, but sometimes your harrier goes down and your pave low seconds later. Obviously because of people switching to their CB class. Basically I'm wondering if people put them both out at once, or wait for the harrier to go down before putting out the pave low.

I figure that if someone changes class to take down the harrier, they'll do the same for the pave low.

I don't use this setup but I'd call the Pavelow after the harrier leaves or gets shot down. That way the harrier can get kills and then the Pavelow comes in after, it's like constant air support. of course, the Pavelow could get the kills the harrier can't get in time, so it's really up to you.

When I switch to my CB class I'm usually the first to so in my team when enemy air support is in the air, I'll usually go for the Harrier first as it's easier to take down and it can destroy my team's air support if they're called at the same time, then by the time it's destroyed more team mates will have their CB class and we can combine Stingers for taking down the Pave Low.

I like to deploy both (almost) at the same time, that way it is more overwhelming to the other team (most of the time).

My fave killstreaks are Harrier, Pavelow, AC-130 so i use this setup a lot.. I tend to wait till the harrier is done before using the pavelow as a lot of the time it will get you your AC-130 aswell.

The only time I put out both harrier and pave low is when the match is getting close to the end. The reason I choose to wait is because it is fairly easy to take out both the harrier and the pave low with one stinger missile.

i usually wait till my harriers finished then call in my pave low. better way of maximising kills

If I am not mistaken, the Pave Low takes two Stinger missiles to destroy, and has the ability to deploy flares.

If I am using Harrier and Pave Low, I tend to call in my Harrier Strike straight off, then leave the Pave Low until the Harrier gets destroyed. This makes sure they both have a good chance of getting more kills.

I think he meant that if the Pavelow is near the harrier and you've locked onto the harrier, you can down them both with one stinger. Happens quite often for me when the enemy calls in both.

Yes, this. Also the pavelow only takes one stinger missile to bring down. It does have a flare, but since it flies so low it can easily be taken down with one stinger as long as it is flying directly above you.
