Default Intervention Glitched ?
Watch a few kill cams when you have been killed by an intervention some of the time you never even get hit. A lot of my friends have noticed this as well.

NOT A GLITCH, JUST LAME INTERNET CONNECTION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And besides, this usually only happens if you're far away, or quick/no scoping, which can lead the bullet to go far astray, and if you don't hold your breath, the bullet can stray to the right or left of the cross-hairs by quite a bit

So everyone i know has bad internet connections... DON'T THINK SO.. Lag maybe but i never noticed this on COD4 or WAW. Unless it was an M40 Gaycog.

lag is present in the server, just because of the load, and COD4 and WAW have what's called dedicated servers, so they don't experience any lag.

How long have you been playing this game exactly? You've never noticed that in final killcams, half the time the bullet might be next to a guy's body and blood will still come from him? It's the awful server lag MW2 has... It's with every gun

You know how long ... Just seems a lot more noticeable with the intervention.

Go into a lobby with some friends, use only snipers. Play SnD and watch all the final killcams, then you won't be surprised with all the weird shots

It's easier to spot with the Intervention because there is only 1 shot, so it's pretty obvious when it happens.

Eh, don't worry about it bro. If it happens when every gun, I'm sure you would assume that its universal and not only one particular gun is glitched. Quick Q&A would have been better for this topic.
