Default Can't mute players in game?
So I've noticed every once in a while there will be a player in a public lobby that I can't mute once I'm in game, when I try to select their name on the scores list it just skips over them to the next name. Is this just a glitch, is it a hack, or is it something else? Anyone have any idea?

Edit: on PS3 when this happens.

It happens from time to time.
Its just lag for 1-2 games then you can mute the guy.

I can always mute people in game, it never skips for me.

Ok, the reason ask is that it is usually the guy with the worst most feedbacky mic in the world, or the screaming 8 year old that i can't mute. thanks!

Happens all the time to me, but then if the guy I can't mute moves up the list on his team then the new guy in this position can't be muted.

If you can't mute them, just go to their gamer card and hit "mute".
