iv unlocked the extended mags for the scar but it only gives me 30 which is less without the extra mags why is this.

I lol'ed.

You get 60 bullets with the SCAR.

Adding extended mags gives a capacity of 30, instead of 20. Hence there are only 30 bullets left, as opposed to 40.

You don't get more ammo overall when you use ext. mags. It only increases your current mag. capacity.
