Default Smileys
At the moment the smileys link to pages showing just their image, any chance this could be turned off as I tend to just absent mindedly click around a page when i'm reading it and i've inadvertently switched to a tab showing just a smiley a few times >.<

It does this for all images, not just Smileys. It brings up the url onto a different tab. Ive been clicking the Tags people have more so than Smileys, lol.
