Default Hey, you computers genius fellas. Help me out.

Ok. My computer is still somehow infect by viruses. And I scan my computer with full complete scan with avast! free edition antivirus, delete it, reboot, its goes completely fine. Expect one thing, its came back again today? What the fucking shit? Its been going for 3 days straight. On Tuesday, I deleted, it came back on wed, and deleted it again, and now it back. And yes, I reboot my computer everytime I deleted them.
There is a pop up that says Warning in the blue bar and the gray box have the speaking bubble with an blue i and "Security Shield has been installed successfully!" But there the thing, I never install it? And if I click ok or the red X, it will fuck up my computer.

Also I tried to do the system restore but it won't let me turn on my drivers?

And now this.
wtf is this windows - application error and it says "The application failed to initalize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application.

I'm sorry if this make no sense at all. I just don't know how to explain it. And I don't know shit about computers.

THIS SHIT IS PISSING ME OFF! I gotta go bed in couple hours for work, I'm gonna try it again on Friday. And see if it will leave me the fuck alone. Any help is welcome.

Remove My Security Shield (Uninstall Guide)
Malwarebytes' Antimalware is a good program, so hopefully it'll help. idk what the ""The application failed to initalize properly (0xc000007b). Click on OK to terminate the application." is about.

To answer the "wtf is this" bit, there are two parts:

1) It's one of those slightly clever viruses. It has one part which is the virus (the bit you delete each time) and another part (probably called something else and kept somewhere else) whose entire job is to say "is virus installed? if yes, do nothing, if no, install it again" and it will do this every time you switch the computer on.
2) It's a fake bit of AV software, as described in Pyro's link.

Use some REAL AV software to properly remove the virus then use some start-up-software editor to remove any rememnenants from startup so it can't install itself again. Then manually delete said remanents.

Well, that's the plan... Also, probs best to backup important stuf & stay away from online banking, you never know what a virus is trying to do.

Back up any documents onto an external drive then reformat your hard drive. I can see exactly where this thread is going. It will consist of a tech expert (assumption) consulting an idiot on how to do slightly advanced things on a PC, only for the idiot to go, "WTF is this shit? WTF do I do now? It doesn't work..." except with slightly worse grammar/spelling.

er wat

Anyway, I'm pretty sure I've had something similar to this before. A quick google search of the virus gave me a filepath as to where the virus was. Never returned since.

Yeah, that idiot is me. I'm gonna be off from the internet for couples hours due to complete scanning with avast! and remove it then reboot then see if it gone.

Btw, why the system restore won't let me "turn on" my 2 drivers? The C: and D: or whatever they are.

Would you like to copy/paste the error message exactly?

You can system restore to a certain date. That was how I was able to get rid of that bloody thing.
