What is a "Print Spooler Service"? And when I try to print or add a printer it won't let me? And I went to My Computer, right click it, then mange, then Service and Apps, then service, then found the Print Spooler and try to start it and it said "Could not start the Printer Spooler service on a Local Computer
Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified"

I don't get it....

All I know I just can't fucking printer.

The print spooler is the little program responsible for physically sending the "print this please" message from windows to the printer.

I've never come across a printer which does not require drivers, so put the disc into your computer that came with the printer and follow instructions.

Failing the presence of a CD, I'm sure you'll be able to find drivers on the manufacturer's website.

I did try to reinstall it with the CD the printer I have gave, it still said Window Spooler Service is not running..

Look up the printer on the manufacturer's website.

It still said "Window Spooler Service is not running" when I download the drivers and fireware from my printer website...WHAT THE FUCK IS A SPOOLER?

Well, I put the CD in and it still says Printer Spooler is not running. And I try to start it and it says the file is unable to be find..

Download drivers from the internet. That way you should be double checking that you have all the files it wants to find.

I.e. if it's an Epson printer, look on the epson site.

I have the Lexmark S405 Printer. I download the drivers from their site, no use. It still says "Window Spooler Service is not running" and "RPC Service is not found" FUCK ME THIS FUCKING COMPUTER HAVE TOO MANY PROBLEMS.

Have you even used google? It doesn't require capitol letters, rage and swearing to google the main bit of the error message and try to spot results which have promising wording...

try Enable/Disable the print spooling service
then work your way through this thread Solved: Print spooler service is not running - Tech Support Guy Forums (post 17 sounds good)
