Painkiller-Xx

OK, I can surf the internet fine and play online fine. I can download different things fine, like for instance the MAG Beta, downloaded it fine. It's when it comes to updates is when I have a problem. The other day I was going to throw in WaW and play a couple of games and they had an update available. I went to download it and it just sit's there, doesn't get any percentage done and the time just keeps going up. At first I thought this was just a WaW issue but when I tried to update the MAG beta it did the same thing. Anybody have this happen to them before or have something similiar happen to them. Please help, I'm really starting to get frustrated.
