Well you can probably guess by the title, i'm having trouble with fraps. Everything fine exsept i'm not recording Audio?

I've got the audio checked so that it will record it. and that it recording through my Realtek (w.e) audio, I've tryed seeing if speakers plugged in or headset plugged in though no difference (which i exspected) any advice?

Don't even think of recording audio with a Realtek card if you're using XP. Otherwise, enable Stereo Mix and disable other inputs.

Google that shit if you can't figure it out.

Have you tried selecting "detect best input".

Also a good general fraps hint for non-high end systems is to record in half size, mine was lagging and sounding echoey (if thats a real word) and it fixed when half size was on and frame rate fixed at 30fps.
