Alright. first off the disconects. i randomly Dc (mostly when xbox has only started) it only happens once and then im good to play.
I do not know what is causing this. Second off. i find my screen not big enough. When watching CoD mw2 videos the experience bar has some empty space beneath it, i only see the experience bar. (Whilst having vertical maxed out.) It might be my television screen not being big enough or being to old. It's not realy an HD screen either.

I'm not the best person to help you with your disconnection problem, but your screen problem might be another story.
If you don't have a widescreen (W/S) TV, the most obvious thing you need to do, is check your display settings on your X360 and make sure it's not set up to display in W/S. If it is, characters in the game will look taller and thinner than normal. Also check to make sure you're X360 is running in 60Hz, not 50Hz. It will need to be in 60Hz to display properly. If you select 60Hz and your screen goes all snowy, you may have to change the Hz setting on your TV (it should be a function on the remote) to 60Hz. There is a possiblity that if your TV is old enough, it won't have a 60Hz option, which will leave you stuck with things the way they are. If that doesn't help, give us some more detailed information about your TV (screen size, brand and model number, what leads your using, etc) and I'll see if I (or maybe someone else) can help you further...

There was a thread about disconnects from MW2 a while ago. I would dig it up for you, but the search feature at the top of the page is easy enough to use.

Try this website for some help with your router and Nat Type...
PortForward.com - Port Forwarding Guides Listed by Manufacturer and Model You'll need to put your X360's IP address into the DMZ. It should make your Nat Type open. If you need further help, let us know and I'll try to help you out...

I took a good look at your settings pic, and none of the numbers match up to the port numbers you need open for MW2 on Port Forward. Also, you've entered each number in the same box twice. You should only put the port number in the "Public Port" and "Local Port" boxes once.
Go back to Port Forward and re-enter the port numbers they have listed under "Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2" and "XBOX360 Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2". If that doesn't work, then your best bet is to put your X360's IP address in the DMZ. Let me know how you go...

Unfortunately, I've reach the end of my knowledge as far as router settings go. Hopefully someone else might be able to step up and help from here on.
Sorry I couldn't get the problem fixed for you...

Hey BuuGhost, what's a profiler? Is that what you call the companies that provide internet srervices?
In Australia, we call them ISP's (Internet Service Providers).

I'm guessing you mean provider. And yes, that is someone you pay to have the internet at home.
