I was playing today , since everyday . Playing Ground battle (sorry im german) the one which is team dm , dm , conquest and so on.

Suddenly i was on a server which was different to others , everyone had only akimpo pumpguns and it was one shot deaths.

Now , after the match , nothing has changed to my profile BUT , suddenly if i go into a match , now mi Minimap is like , HUGE and the letters are coloured and i have some weird images on the screen in the right side.

How can i remove this ?

I mean what the fuck i was playing normally and now some shit got injected or what? >

One of the great crap things about MW2 is that there are still modded games, but you can't choose whether to enter it or not, and the only mods are level 70 insta-prestige hack etc lobbies.

The simplest way to get rid of the weird hud is to delete your config file (this is just your graphics settings & controls, not your rank or weapons etc so don't worry) The location is slightly different for each OS, but it will be somewhere around:

c:/program files/steam/steamapps/common/call of duty modern warfare 2/players

You want to delete config_MP.cfg ONLY. If you are at the above directory but can't see the file, start up COD MW2 and enter a lobby. Then press ALT & TAB to minimise, now check if the file is there yet. If so, quit MW2 then delete it.
